About VendorPapers

VendorPapers is a small, independent, automated service for contractors, property managers and anyone who pays subs or vendors. It does one job: keep vendor insurance certificates and W-9s current without a new portal for you or your subs.

How it works behind the scenes

Software reads each certificate (insured, carriers, policy numbers, coverage types, limits, dates) and tracks expirations. Anything it can't read clearly is flagged for review instead of guessed. Renewal requests go by email to the agent listed on the certificate.

What we are honest about

• We're new (launched 2026) and don't have customer reviews yet. That's why every plan starts free.
• It's an automated service, not a law, insurance or accounting firm, and we don't give that kind of advice.
• Prices are on the homepage, with no sales calls and cancel anytime on monthly plans.
